At The King’s Finance Group, we act solely as a finance and loan brokerage firm, connecting clients with a panel of accredited lenders. We do not provide loans or credit directly, and we do not collect loan repayments on behalf of lenders.

Accordingly, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, as:

All loan approvals and terms are determined by the lender, not by us.
All fees, charges, and repayments are governed by the individual lender’s policies and loan agreement, which you accept directly with them.
We do not have the authority to cancel, amend, or refund loan contracts once executed.

We recommend you carefully review the lender’s terms and conditions, including their refund or cancellation policies, before proceeding with any finance agreement.

If you believe a refund may be applicable or you have a dispute regarding a loan, you must contact the lender directly.
